കൊല്ലം തേവലക്കരയിൽ സ്കൂളിൽ ഷോക്കേറ്റ് മരിച്ച വിദ്യാർത്ഥി മിഥുൻ്റെ കുടുംബത്തിന് ആദ്യഘട്ടത്തിൽ 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ധനസഹായം നൽകുമെന്ന് മന്ത്രി കെ കൃഷ്ണൻ കുട്ടി.

വൈദ്യുതി ബോർഡിൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്ത് വീഴ്ചയുണ്ടായി. ഷെഡ് കെട്ടുമ്പോൾ അനുമതി തേടിയിട്ടില്ല. സ്കൂൾ മാനേജ്മെൻ്റിൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്തും വീഴ്ചയുണ്ടായെന്നും മന്ത്രി കൃഷ്ണൻ കുട്ടി വാർത്താസമ്മേളനത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞു.

കെഎസ്ഇബി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ ഭാഗത്ത് വീഴ്ച്ചയുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ നടപടിയെടുക്കും.15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ വിശദ റിപ്പോർട്ട് കെഎസ്ഇബിയും ജില്ലാ ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറും നൽകണം. ലൈൻ താഴ്ന് കിടന്നിട്ടും കെഎസ്ഇബി ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥർ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണ്ടതായിരുന്നു. സ്കൂളിൻ്റെ ഭാഗത്തു നിന്നും കെഎസ്ഇബിക്ക് പരാതി ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ല. പഞ്ചായത്തിൻ്റെ അനുമതി ഷെഡ് കെട്ടാൻ വേണമെന്നും മന്ത്രി പറഞ്ഞു.
