സംഭവത്തിന് പിന്നാലെ ശിവപ്രിയയുടെ ഭര്‍ത്താവ് നിധീഷ് (38) പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ കീഴടങ്ങി.

ഇന്നലെ  വൈകീട്ട് ആറരയോടെയാണ് സംഭവം. ശിവപ്രിയയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍വെച്ചായിരുന്നു കൊലപാതകം. തൊട്ടുപിന്നാലെ നിധീഷ് പൊലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനില്‍ കീഴടങ്ങുകയായിരുന്നു.
