കണ്ണൂർ:അഞ്ചരക്കണ്ടി ദന്തല്‍ കോളജ് വിദ്യാര്‍ഥി നിതിന്‍ രാജിന്റെ മരണവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കേസില്‍ കോളജ് പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പലും അധ്യാപികയും ജില്ലാസെഷന്‍സ് കോടതിയില്‍ നല്‍കിയ മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജാമ്യഹരജി കോടതി തള്ളി.കോളജ് പ്രിന്‍സിപ്പല്‍ ഡോ.വിനോദ് മോണി, അധ്യാപിക പ്രൊഫ. ലത ശശിധരന്‍ എന്നിവര്‍ നല്‍കിയ മുന്‍കൂര്‍ജാമ്യ ഹരജിയിയാണ് തള്ളിയത്.

ഇരുവര്‍ക്കും മുന്‍കൂര്‍ ജാമ്യഹരജി നല്‍കരുതെന്നു പ്രോസിക്യൂഷനും അനാവശ്യമായാണ് പ്രതി ചേര്‍ത്തതെന്നും പ്രതിഭാഗവും കോടതിയില്‍ വാദിച്ചു. നിതിന്‍ രാജിനെ 48 മിനുറ്റ് ഓഫിസ് മുറിയില്‍ തടങ്കലിലാക്കുകയും മൊബൈല്‍ ഫോണ്‍ വാങ്ങിവയ്ക്കുകയും ചെയ്‌തെന്ന് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷന്‍ നേരത്തെ വാദിച്ചിരുന്നു.

അധ്യാപിക പ്രൊഫ. ലത ശശിധരനായിരുന്നു നിതിന്‍ രാജ് ലോണ്‍ആപ്പ് ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നുവെന്ന ആരോപണം ഉന്നയിച്ചത്. ഇരുവരെയും ക്രൈംബ്രാഞ്ച് പ്രതിപട്ടികയില്‍ ഉള്‍പ്പെടുത്തിയതിന് പിന്നാലെയാണ് മുന്‍കൂര്‍ജാമ്യം തേടിയത്.
