കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് മുൻ പ്രസിഡന്‍റും സിപിഎം നേതാവുമായ പി പി ദിവ്യക്കെതിരായ പരാതി പിൻവലിക്കാൻ പണം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടെന്ന ആരോപണത്തില്‍ നിയമ നടപടിയുമായി കെഎസ്‍യു നേതാവ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമ്മാസ്. കാർട്ടൺ ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനി എംഡി മുഹമ്മദ് ആസിഫിന് വക്കീൽ നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചു.

7 കോടി രൂപ നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം വേണമെന്ന് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് വക്കീൽ നോട്ടീസ്. മുഹമ്മദ് ആസിഫ് ആരോപണം പിൻവലിച്ച് മാപ്പ് പറയണമെന്നും മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമ്മാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു. പി പി ദിവ്യക്കെതിരായ പരാതി പിൻവലിക്കാൻ 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ ഷമ്മാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടെന്നായിരുന്നു ആസിഫിൻ്റെ ആരോപണം.

മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമ്മാസായിരുന്നു പരാതിക്കാരൻ. പി പി ദിവ്യ കണ്ണൂരിൽ അനധികൃതമായി ഭൂമി സമ്പാദിച്ചെന്നും ആരോപണം. എൽഡിഎഫ് സർക്കാരിന്‍റെ കാലത്ത് നൽകിയ പരാതി, കഴമ്പില്ലെന്ന് കാട്ടി തളേളിയിരുന്നു. അതിലാണ് സർക്കാർ മാറിയപ്പോൾ അന്വേഷണത്തിന് ഉത്തരവായത്.
