കണ്ണൂര്‍: കണ്ണൂര്‍ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്തിലെ ക്രമക്കേടില്‍ സിപിഎം നേതാവ് പി പി ദിവ്യക്കെതിരെ വിജിലൻസ് അന്വേഷണത്തിന് സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവിട്ടു. പി പി ദിവ്യ കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്‍റായിരിക്കെ നടന്ന ക്രമക്കേടുകളിലാണ് അന്വേഷണം.ടെൻഡർ ഇല്ലാതെ കാർട്ടൺ ഇന്ത്യ കമ്പനിക്ക് നിർമ്മാണ കരാർ നൽകി എന്നാണ് ആരോപണം.

കമ്പനി ദിവ്യയുടെ ബിനാമിയുടെതെന്നായിരുന്നു പരാതി. ദിവ്യയുടെയും ഭർത്താവിന്റെയും സ്വത്തും വിജിലൻസ് അന്വേഷിക്കും.കെഎസ്‌യു ഉപാധ്യക്ഷൻ മുഹമ്മദ് ഷമ്മാസിന്റെ പരാതിയിലാണ് അന്വേഷണം. 17(A) പ്രകാരം അന്വേഷണത്തിനുള്ള അനുമതി സർക്കാർ നൽകി. കഴിഞ്ഞ സർക്കാറിന്റെ കാലത്ത് അനുമതി നൽകിയിരുന്നില്ല. കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലാ പഞ്ചായത്ത് മുൻ സെക്രട്ടറി അബ്ദുൽ ലത്തീഫിനെതിരെയും അന്വേഷണം നടത്തും.
