പ്രായത്തിൻ്റെ അവശതകൾ മറന്നും സേവന കാലഘട്ടത്തിലെ പഴയ കാല ഓർമ്മകൾ പങ്ക് വെച്ചും ഒരു കൂട്ടം അധ്യാപകർ നടത്തിയ പഠന വിനോദ യാത്ര വേറിട്ട അനുഭവമായി. RATF (റിട്ടയേഡ് അറബിക് ടീച്ചേർസ് ഫെഡറേഷൻ ) കണ്ണൂർ മേഖലാ കമ്മിറ്റിയാണ് ഈ ഒരു യാത്ര സംഘടിപ്പിച്ചത്.

മാനസിക ഉല്ലാസവും സന്തോഷവും കൈവരിക്കുക, മുതിർന്നവർ അനുഭവിക്കുന്ന വിഷമതകൾ മാറ്റിയെടുക്കുക, സൗഹൃദം ശക്തിപ്പെടുത്തുക എന്നതാണ് യാത്രയുടെ ലക്ഷ്യം.ഒററപ്പെടലല്ല , സൗഹൃദമാണ് എന്ന പ്രമേയം യാത്രയിലുടനീളം പ്രചരിപ്പിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. തമിഴ്നാട് സംസ്ഥാനത്തോട് ചേർന്ന് കിടക്കുന്ന, ഇടുക്കി ജില്ലയിലെ മൂന്നാർ, മറയൂർ, കാന്തല്ലൂർ എന്നീ സ്ഥലങ്ങളാണ് സംഘം സന്ദർശിച്ചത്.

കാർഷിക ഭംഗിയും തണുത്ത കാലാവസ്ഥയും ഗ്രാമീണ പ്രശാന്തതയും മുപ്പതോളം പേരടങ്ങുന്നവർ പരമാവധി ആസ്വദിച്ചു. പലരും സകുടുംബമാണ് യാത്രയിൽ പങ്കാളികളായത്.

കാന്തല്ലൂരിലെ വെള്ളച്ചാട്ടം, ആപ്പിൾ തോട്ടം, ബോട്ടാണിക്കൽ ഗാർഡൻ, മാട്ടുപെട്ടി ഡാം, ടീ & ചോക്ലേറ്റ് ഫാക്ടറി തുടങ്ങിയവ സഞ്ചാരികളെ ഏറെ അത്ഭുതപ്പെടുത്തി.കേരളത്തിനകത്തും പുറത്തും വിദേശ നാടുകളിലു നിരവധി യാത്രകൾ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച പി. കെ അബ്‌ദുൽ അസീസ് മാസ്റ്റർ ആയിരുന്നു ടൂർ കോ ഓഡിനേറ്റർ.

കഴിഞ്ഞ വർഷം സർവ്വീസിൽ നിന്ന് വിരമിച്ച ഡി ഐ എസ് ഗേൾസ് ഹയർ സെക്കണ്ടി സ്കൂളിലെ വി ഫർഹാന ടീച്ചർ മുതൽ 75 പിന്നിട്ട എം വി അബ്‌ദുല്ല മാസ്റ്റർ വരെ ടൂറിൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി. ആടിയും പാടിയും കഥകൾ പറഞ്ഞും കലാപരിപാടികൾ അവതരിപ്പിച്ചും മൂന്ന് രാപ്പകലുകൾ സഞ്ചാരത്തിനായി അവർ നീക്കിവെച്ചു. വിരമിച്ചവരിൽ ഏറ്റവും മുതിർന്നവരായ അബ്‌ദുല്ല മാസ്റ്റർ, കബീർ മാസ്റ്റർ എന്നിവർക്കുളള ഉപഹാരങ്ങൾ യാത്രാ മദ്ധ്യേ വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.

Participants from recently retired V Farhana teacher of DIS Girls HSS to 75-year-old MV Abdulla Master, many with families. Three days spent singing, dancing, storytelling. Gifts given to senior most Abdulla Master and Kabeer Master.
