ആറളം: ഓപ്പറേഷൻ ഗജമുക്തി തുടർ ദൗത്യത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമായി ആറളം ഫാം വട്ടക്കാട് മേഖലയിൽ തമ്പടിച്ച കാട്ടാനക്കൂട്ടത്തെ വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിലേക്ക് കടത്തിവിട്ടു. പ്രദേശത്ത് തമ്പടിച്ച ആറ് കാട്ടാനകളിൽ അഞ്ചെണ്ണത്തിനെയാണ് ആറളം വന്യജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിലേക്ക് വിജയകരമായി തുരത്തിയത്.

Out of six elephants camped, five were successfully driven to Aralam Wildlife Sanctuary via Thalippara and Kottappara fencing. One elephant strayed towards Odachal area, efforts to drive it also made but drive temporarily stopped due to adverse weather.
